International summit in Tehran honors martyred journalists from Gaza and Lebanon
November 18, 2024The second edition of the European Agora for Journalism, supported by the European Union, will take place in Brussels on 20, 21 and 22 November.
The topic of this edition is ‘A.I., the media, Europe and me: European Journalism and the challenge of Artificial Intelligence’.
For three days, journalists from the 27 countries of the European Union and neighbouring countries will gather in Brussels to think about the future of journalism and media education in Europe. Media from Armenia, Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia are also participating in the event.
Ukraine will be one of the event’s highlights (disinformation, misinformation, propaganda and the right to know, and what Ukraine teaches journalists covering the conflict, and how to improve the production of information during the war).
The European Agora for Journalism in Brussels is organised by Journalisme & Citoyenneté (J&C) and the IHECS. The event is supported by the European Endowment for Democracy (EED).
