This Month
In January 2025, 23 journalists were killed worldwide, including nine in Palestine by Israeli forces, with others killed in countries such as India and Mexico, and the majority of victims being men, highlighting the grave risks journalists face reflecting conflict, targeted attacks, and on-duty violence.
